Positive Engagement Techniques for Better Behaviour in Education

Positive Engagement Techniques for Better Behaviour in Education

Creating a positive learning environment requires strategy, confident staff, and organisation wide consistency.

Designed by former College Principal Dr Kate Webb in partnership with the police, our training equips every staff member from teaching teams to support staff with the confidence and practical skills to tackle behaviour issues early. We help colleges address everyday challenges sensitively, fostering a culture of respect that extends across campus and into the wider community.
